Role description:
This position will be key to manage the Smartphone and Tablet portfolio in
Philippines for Lenovo and Motorola brand in the Telco channel
.
Channel structure planning and defining of strategy development in Telco Open
channel management.
• Set quarterly channel expansion goals
• T1/T2 channel mapping and expansion
• Close association with PCSD team
• Sales cadence planning/driving/tracking
• Customer Development Fund budget planning/managing
• Alignment with channel partners direction and strategy & coordinates the
involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management
resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’
expectations
• Deep analysis in identifying business opportunities, generating and
coordinating solutions with other functions and teams
• Plans and facilitates and/or conducts complex negotiations for key customers
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual
performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated
with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing
basis.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by
fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through
strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
#### Position Requirements:
Consumer Durable sales background with good 8+ years and above experience.
Experience in mobile/tablets sales will be a positive.
Knowledge and skills of channel management
Preferably a degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration (will
consider diploma holders with relevant experience)
Outgoing, independent and self motivated
Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong written and communication skills
Travelling expected
