Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales and pricing strategies by analyzing the macro- and micro-environment
• Prepare sales budget and forecast in accordance with the company goals
• Lead the sales team to implement the sales plans and programs and closely monitor the achievement of sales objectives
• Manage and develop key accounts
• Build a strong sales team with expertise in both technical and selling skills
• Drive for the improvement in the sales management and process efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, marketing or business administration
• 7 years relevant experience in which 3 years in managerial position. Experience in lift and escalator industry or tendering business is a plus
• Strong drive for success with business integrity
• Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficiency in spoken & written English & Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
