The Role:
Reporting through to Director of Sales, you will have the responsibility of managing a portfolio of trade accounts. This is a diverse role which includes developing new business, conducting wine training and events, implementing market strategies and to grow the overall sales performance of the Company.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all aspects of sales within the portfolio that are assigned to you, including, but not limited to:
- Identify and establish new business/accounts, with off-trade focus
- Manage and grow the Company’s online retail platform
- Organize and execute events, training and seminars
- Grow the overall sales performance of the Company
- Look after overseas suppliers when they are visiting and conduct trade visits and events
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Maintain business records and account information according to the requirement of the Company
- Ensure the assigned accounts are up-to-date with payments and enforce credit limits where necessary
The Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and strategic individual to join our energetic team. Excellent command of English is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in wine related industries. However, we are also keen to speak to motivated individuals who have a genuine interest and passion wine. Lesser experience will be considered as Sales Executive. Wine-specific qualification is an advantage.
