Job Description
Purpose of Job:
• This position will be fully responsible for the sales management of maternal and child
health business in Hong Kong of the Diagnostic Business Division, and coordinate various
functional teams to expand business in Hong Kong and realize the sustained growth of
business in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of sales management of women and child healthcare business in Hong Kong,
including the sales management of full products
• Achieve sales targets, including revenue and profit growth targets, market share growth
and end user customers
• Co-ordinate various functions of the company in Hong Kong, including after-sales and
CCC departments, to ensure a good experience for end customers
• Establish effective communication and cooperation with strategic marketing, regional
marketing, production, R&D, logistics and other support departments
• Collect and sort out academic and competitive information in Hong Kong market, and
timely communicate with line leaders and relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
• More than 5 years management experience in in vitro diagnostics /medical
device/pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong, experience and resources in maternal and
child product sales management is preferred.
• Able to independently conduct regional market data and business analysis, and develop
regional business development plans.
• Proactive, strong organizational ability, able to coordinate different departments to
support business development.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
