AKG Thermal Systems (Taicang) Co., Ltd., is a 100% subsidiary of the German AKG Group and has been successful in China for more than 20 years.
With a strong in-house engineering team, we offer cooling solutions to local and Global Key Accounts. We export 75% of our sales, serving industries like Construction Equipment,
high-speed trains, high-performance cars, agriculture …

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the daily management of railway sales department;
  • Be responsible for following branches:
    • Railway
    • Other system business
    • Power electronic cooling (only international customers);
  • To timely understand the market situation, develop sales strategy;
  • Be responsible for promoting the company`s products, technical solutions and brand building in the railway market;
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of old customers and the development of new customers, acquisition and follow-up implementation of projects;
  • Be responsible for the development of the new projects, follow up the implementation within the company until mass production;
  • Be responsible for commercial contracts, the implementation of customer orders, the tracking customer payments, the coordination of customer relations in after-sales service and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechatronics , electrical, automation, thermal engineering or related( electrical engineering is preferred);
  • 10+ years working experience, 3+ years sales experience, preferable to have experience in railway industry;
  • Proficient in the use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software;
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and expression skills;
  • Proficient in contract text, technical agreement, bidding documents, publicity materials, technical exchange ppt. documentation, audit skills;
  • Fluent in spoken English and proficient in written.
