Job Description

Your responsibilities:

- participate in marketing strategy development for Chinese market;

- process Chinese leads according to the company sales script, study leads in the CRM system;

- plan the best route for Chinese clients to see real estate projects;

- maintain relations with contractors and partners (inquiries to developers, registration of clients, clarifica-tion of information on facilities, appointment of meetings, and conclusion of agency agreements);

- meeting with Chinese clients to see real estate objects, offer 3-4 relevant options and close the deal;

- accompany the deal to the final stage; insert all the information to the CRM.

Our requirements to you:

- Chinese (Mandarin) native speaker;

- International higher education;

- Knowing of Chinese people mindset; - Confident driving; - Good command of English;

- Knowing of CRM. - Experience of successful personal sales in real estate business will be your advantage.
