Client Details: 

Our Client is a well-established property developer with developments in both Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for a young and energetic Sales candidate for the asset management of their various assets in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on market trend or practice of residential, commercial and industrial sales and to facilitate the disposal of assets. 
• Assist in sales launch preparation and implement strategy work including preparation and production of collaterals
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Coordinate show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
• Assist in estate agents management and sales launch

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Architectural or other relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years of experience in sales and marketing of residential properties, worked in sales office is highly preferred 
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Strong market sense and some familiarity with Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
