Work out sales leads and service products plan. Identify sales service strategy and specific solutions oriented to meet client needs and to develop those responsible accounts accordingly

Responsible to generate leads into new accounts & new products marketing promotion,hunting for sales development, and farming existing business with key account customer to strengthen client management relationship. Continuously update accounts' archives
有能力挖掘潜在的新客户及新产品的开拓，并且做好现有大客户关系的维护，维护加强客户关系， 持续完善客户档案和资料。
Visit customer on a planned schedule/ non-scheduled to customer response. Recommend and listen to customer needs ,requirements & demands, and get close to know how customer buys spare parts
定期/不定期拜访客户，挖掘客户需求，了解客户在备件业务方面的最新动态。
Sell on value and overcome objections for price negotiation, negotaite commercial terms, final contracts for customer satisfaction. Study market price and values of competitors and know the unique selling proposition for SMS brand and products.
与客户进行价格谈判，商务条款的协商及最后合同签订。 了解市场动态，熟知竞争对手，并且能推广SMS品牌和产品

任职资格
Competencies
More than 3 years working experience in sales department/technical/facility of heavy industry or mechanical manufacturing industry. Section mill related working experience is must
在机械、重工业或制造行业销售部/技术/设备3年以上工作经验. 必须有型钢相关工作经验。
Fast communication and cooperation ability with different SMS departments and with customer Supply Chain organisations.

College or university degree, major in mechanical or re,lated
大专 或本科学历，机械相关专业
Able to work remotely ,independantly, communicating accuratly under time pressure. Live away from home and travel frequently by car ,rail and flights at unsociable hours when necessary.

Good English ( German is a benefit) and the ability for using computer. Skilled at Microsoft Office software
