Job Description
For Mobility Customer Service in Shanghai, we are looking for Technical Sales Manager to shape the connected Mobility with us. What are your responsibilities? · Lead to work out the technical proposal for each service opportunity. Coordinate internal engineering resource (inc. HQ) to customize the technical proposal. · Provide the technical expertise to support sales in clarification of technical specification with customers and suppliers. · Provide the technical recommendation / insight to sales for tailoring service business mode in different opportunities. · Identify the technical risk and define the related mitigation in each open tender · Analysis the technical specification fulfillment and deviation. Provide the relevant budget to bid PM. · Prepare the technical bidding documents and build up the cost structure and the price proposal with CPM e.g. input on calculation and offer letter. · Release the engineering statement in every open tender. · Review the technical conditions & terms in contract, and support sales to define or re-define the technical specification with customer · Support sales & PM to identify the deviation to technical requirement from customer and negotiate the deviation with customer. · As technical expert in project, to support the maintenance service activities and ASS in trouble-shooting, to clarify the technical issues with the internal supplier, SCM and external customers, vendors customs house etc. Provide the fault report / root cause / measure to PM. · Other support: communicate with customer to smooth the project execution with other functions, e.g. assist in acceptance and payment What do you need to qualify for this job? · Bachelor and above, electrical and control in rail industry, master is preferred. · 8 years experience or above in RS engineering or service, whole train knowledge is preferred. · Familiar with the relevant standards & criteria for RS Maintenance Service. · Has knowledge of converter / inverter and train control system (SIBAS 32) · Has knowledge of train control software, SIBAS G · Has knowledge and experience of components testing · Traceable technical proposal creation in at least 3 bid or projects. · Sales experience is preferred. · Good communication skill · Fit to the working condition of delivering the technical documents under time pressure. · Acknowledge to “can do” mindset. · Has result / value orientation · Fluent English communication Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Mobility Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
