Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced foreign trade salesperson to join our team to help us expand the overseas market. Job responsibilities as following:
1.Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2.Sales Planning: Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets to achieve business growth. This may involve creating sales plans, forecasting sales, and deve1oping pricing strategies.
3.Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the necessary support and information.
4.Product Promotion: Promoting products or services to potential and existing customers through various channels such as trade shows, online platforms, and advertising.
5.Order Processing: Handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
6.Negotiation: Negotiating terms of trade, such as price, delivery, and payment terms, with customers and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
7.Documentation: Preparing and reviewing sales contracts, invoices, and other export- related documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
8.Export Compliance: Understanding and adhering to export regulations and trade compliance requirements to ensure smooth and legal export operations.
9.After-Sales Service: Providing after-sales support, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain long- term relationships.
10.Reporting: Generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
Working location mainly including: India, Pakistan, Spain, Brazil, Iran and Russia.
