To strengthen our team and respond to our customers’ needs, we have an immediate need for an energetic customer oriented professional. As a Sales Manager for our MV system offering (switchgear and transformers), you will have an exiting area to help us within the utility segment You understand the ongoing transformation of the energy sector and it’s impact on buildings. You have strong electrical background, understand project business and already have an existing network in the finnish market.You possibly also have experience of developing and managing partner networks. You learn fast and on product level you are able to quickly comprehend our MV offering, namely MV switch gear as well as transformers. The role is versatile and depends on your skills and drive to grow and develop. Job Responsibilities Reach your targets in customer satisfaction, sales growth and profitability. You work systematically to serve your customers and your pipeline You hunt new business and work RFQ’s. You come with good existing network which helps you to build partner networks to deliver large projects – turn key solutions for our customers and expand our existing operation. additionally: Selection of products fitting the need of the defined target markets Market gap & product fit analysis Competitive analysis of supported product ranges Price positioning versus competitors on the local market Ensure product margins and profitability, support with specific price requirements Use intimate understanding of customers, their markets, buying habits and pain points to help shape Eaton’s business strategy, as well as customer & project targeting High involvement in market intelligence projects for the relevant products in cooperation with the Market intelligence, EMEA pricing and relevant Business Unit teams Provide intimate VoC and regulatory insight to Business Units to support new product development Content validation and creation in cooperation with marcom (web content including SEO, marketing collaterals, videos, web content, emails, social media etc) Qualifications Education level required Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Years and area of experience required Minimum 5-7 years experience in leading sales Required: You are an experienced sales leader with demonstrated track record in all aspects of sales leadership Suitable sales leadership background may be from electrical, electrical consulting or contractor business Good knowledge of the electrical systems of buildings such as: UPS systems, Medium voltage switchgear and energy storage solutions You have skills to interpret RQF’s and technical drawings as well as designing solutions for our customers Skills to negotiate commercial contracts You communicate and present fluently in seminars and at the customer front, both in Finnish and English You are digitally savvy and able to work analytically and use data in your leadership work You have customer first attitude and are energetic self-starter with good team working skills.
