Your new company
We represent one of the world's most renowned and respected brands across textiles machinery building. Their state of technology includes solutions across warp knitting, technical textiles and warp preparation for weaving. Due to market trends and growth opportunity, they are expanding their sales team. To facilitate the expansion, they are now seeking a talented Sales Manager to identify the market and bring in new clients into the business.

Your new role

• Maintain key accounts, identify and develop business opportunities with new clients
• Profitably grow the business and achieve revenue targets
• Provide leadership to sales and operations team
• Review sales forecast and manage manufacturing programs to meet order fulfilment ensuring machine costs, quality and delivery schedules are met
• Building and maintain key strategic customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding both the customer base and average contract value in the region

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven technical knowledge on selling textiles machinery includes solution across warp knitting, technical textiles and warp preparation for weaving
• Offer unique perspective using insights to facilitate business dialogues in innovative and dynamic directions
• Proficient at communicating with all levels of decision makers and influences in each of the company's strategic targeted business clients / segments
• Proven ability to see the bigger picture and identify industry trends and opportunities
• Flexible person with a good sense of balance between accommodating and challenging customers in a constructive way
• Self-motivated, proactive personality and a "can-do" attitude
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Good planning, coordination and organisational skills
