Make your contribution as Sales Manager for eMobility Business Unit at Siemens Bulgaria! Your new role - ambitious and future oriented: Responsible for the complete eMobility portfolio business of Siemens Smart Infrastructure for the region of Bulgaria Prepare and implement a comprehensive eMobility business strategy, covering all needed market segments and activities Identify and attract new customers using sales value proposition approach, as well as taking care of and maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, helping them to further develop their business Provide professional consultations and promote eMobility products and solutions to all market stakeholders Collaborate closely with the responsible product managers and eMobility HQ in order to offer attractive and efficient solutions Monitor the entire offer to order process and provide post-sale support Plan, coordinate and support marketing-communication activities for eMobility such as: advertisements, sales-promotions, participation in internal and external events, media campaigns and newsletters Organize warranty and after-warranty local service set up, following the company procedures and eco system platformsYour qualification - proven and appropriate: Initial B2B experience in the field with sufficient network of contacts and domain knowledge Technical University degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical or Automation engineering Open minded personality with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in a corporate environment Well-structured work approach, a high level of self-initiative, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills and customer-centered attitude Fluent English skills Experience with MS Office tools and CRM system Clean driving license with a possibility to travel frequently mainly in Bulgaria (in some cases to neighboring countries)We consider as a great advantage: Previous working experience in B2B in the field of eMobility German language knowledge Digitalization background with interests in eMobility and charging Experience with Salesforce CRM systemWhat we offer: An environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel a sense of belonging Working with the latest technologies for Electrification, Automation and Digitalization Competency based reward system Hybrid working mode: 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a future global standard Find more benefits here We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
