If you like to combine commercial skills with in-depth product understanding, this job might be the perfect fit for you. We can leverage more than 60 years experience in rectifier technologies and have tailored our technology to the hydrogen market. You are responsible for planning sales volumes and assessing potential of global customers with focus on Europe. You are in charge of providing information for forecasting and planning. You conduct analysis and evaluation of relevant markets. You create effective competitive strategies to reduce competitive threats and acquire competitive information through win/loss analysis. Additionally, you apply strategic value selling methodology, tools, and processes to improve sales effectiveness on complex projects. Building and maintaining a network of prospects and clients is a key topic of your role. Furthermore, you prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in co-operation with functional experts and management. What you need to make real what matters. You own at least a bachelor’s degree within electrical/automation engineering. You have gained long-term experience as Sales Manager or Business Developer within the process or oil and gas industry. You can rely on experiences in defining market strategies, opening up of new markets and customers as well as taking part in negotiations. Additionally, you bring along knowledge in gathering and consolidating data for forecasting and planning topics. Plus have a strong commercial mindset. Personally, you are able to work independently and also in teams, structure and plan your own work and you are eager to stay up to date on technology. Fluency in English is needed, German would be a large bonus; any additional European language (Norwegian, Spanish, Portugese, Dutch etc) would be a benefit. Global travel activities in connection with customer activities are expected.
