Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the department's annual plan, divide the quarterly and monthly orders, supervise the execution of the sales plan and feedback the implementation of the plan in time;
2. Be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily work of the department team, providing guidance and suggestions and achieving the goals of each department at each stage;
3, responsible for the establishment, improvement and maintenance of customer relations, customer development and maintenance system;
4, responsible for the subordinate professional skills training;
6. Be responsible for providing assistance to various departments of the Company in respect of their own specialties;
7, responsible for accepting customer complaints, properly solve the problem;
8. To be responsible for the negotiation and signing of trade orders and contracts;
9, responsible for customer daily reception work, to ensure the fluency of time, accuracy of work;
Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, excellent candidates can relax the degree, international economy and trade, business English and related major, English CET-6 or above or equivalent level, fluent oral English;
2, more than 5 years of clothing foreign trade management work experience, familiar with the garment industry export management, be familiar with commonly used fabrics, understand the characteristics of fabrics;
3, familiar with the use of computer word, excel and other basic office software,
4. Strong business negotiation experience, self-driven work, strong concept of time management through objective management;
5, thinking, careful work, have high sensitivity, have good interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving skills;
6, with a certain personality charm, there is a strong dedication, can work under pressure, have a certain degree of leadership, passion, good at management, motivation team, team cooperation ability.
