Main responsibilities
Responsible for chemical & fiber market business within ACTC (Advanced Composite Technology Center);
Responsible for the setting up / update the business plan and sales strategy;
Responsible for the quotation, price negotiation, project acquisition, customer satisfaction and profit achievement with the support from cross functional teams;
Identify market opportunities with potential customers;
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers;
Responsible for contract management;
Accomplish the sales revenue target and get payment on time.
Required qualifications
- University degree in chemical, composite, material engineering, automotive;
- At least 5 years marketing, sales experiences within chemical, composite industry;
- Competences in carbon fiber product and process are an advantage;
- Strong business development capability with rich experience;
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), be able to discuss technical things with foreigners through e-mail and telephone.

ACTC (Advanced Composite Technology Center) was established by the Hong Kong headquartered group HRC (China Carbon Fiber leading company) with strategic cooperation with Fraunhofer ICT which is at the absolute leading position in the international polymer research area. ACTC is doing the research of latest carbon-based materials processing technologies focusing on thermoset and thermoplastic area. The center will drive the development of composites and test their processing in the automotive, aerospace and industrial applications.
