Job Description

1, Business supports

  • Support BM to follow all internal business procedures;
  • Support national sales manager for POS opening procedure and sales info collecting;
  • Support marketing manager for translations/activities/expense recording/SAP handling etc;
  • Assist EC manager for internal business application;


2, Reports

  • Work our routine monthly sales analysis report;
  • Update monthly inventory report;
  • Collecting national POS basic information and create and update master files;
  • Assist marketing manager for monthly marketing activity report;
  • Assist EC manager for monthly sales review;


3, Logistics & Admin supports

  • Provide administrative assistance for the whole office;
  • Coordinate with HQ and logistics department for ordering and importing;
  • Track internal approvals of various types of requests (TR, etc)

2. Proactive and committed to assigned works

3. Innovative individual with passion to grow

4. Team work spirit

5. Strong communication skills

6. University Graduate or above, Good at Excel (Outlook), word and PPT
