Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in implementing sales and marketing plan or strategy
  • Responsible for providing customer service to clients regarding our products
  • Assists in developing new clients and follow up existing clients
  • Provide daily office administrative support
  • Handle daily accounting duties, cheque payment and bank reconciliation
  • Follow up daily order and coordinate production, delivery and shipment arrangement
  • Provide day-to-day operation support and coordination with customers, marketing executives and internal departments

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-initiative, detail-minded and pro-active working attitude with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attentive to details, well organized, multitasking, independent and can work under pressure
  • Good PC skills, MS Word, Excel and Power-Point, and Chinese Word Processing
