Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of the business plan, provide market input to adjust the business plan over time and fine tuning the sales targets
• Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors’ position and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy.
• Analyse and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenue.
• Direct, develop and execute trade development strategies and marketing campaigns for Overseas and China market. Hunting for new sales opportunities to promote the brands and products.
• Conduct global market research and intelligence analysis to identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish contact with the potential leads. Track for new markets, emerge trends and recommend new products in China.
• Explore and develop channels to expand the market share and interactions with our customers, ensuring strong customer relationship
• Organize industry convention and fair planning
• Lead, Train & Coach team member to achieve pre-set sales target

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Cosmetics & Toiletries / Cosmetics Bags & Accessories) and related working experience preferable with proven success in sales strategy and execution.
• Familiar with China market.  Occasional travel to PRC is required.
• E-Commerce experience highly preferred
• Proactive, highly dedicated, sales driven and result orientated person
• Detail-minded with excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
