Sales Internship:

The International Department supports a global client base of active traders and potential MultiBank's clients. This position will be expected to provide excellent service to our clients by assisting with their inbound questions via telephone, online chat and email.

The International Sales Intern will help develop relationships with clients, establish in them a trusting rapport with the company, and be able to proactively engage clients in a team-based environment. You will be involved in the following:

- Answering questions relate to company background, market movement, trade execution and MultiBank trading accounts.
- Responding to inbound/outbound calls, online chats and emails with potential and existing clients.
- Conducting demonstrations of Multibank trading platform with potential and existing clients.
- Assisting clients in technical analysis, fundamentals, corporate actions, other types of market events.
- Coordinating with internal business units to ensure all client requests are completed.
- Working towards team, department, and firm-wide goals.
- Other duties as assigned.


Marketing Internship:

We are seeking two top-tier candidates for our new Financial Marketing Internship program. This is an exciting opportunity for college students to learn about finance, marketing, and business in China. Intern participates in key marketing activities throughout the duration of the program.

Successful candidates will work personally with International Marketing Manager to assist in all MarTech (marketing technology) campaigns. You will learn from an expert in the following fields:

- SEO for Google
- PPC advertising, retargeting, and remarketing
- social media management and engagement hacking
- viral content marketing
- YouTube marketing
- branding
- lead generation and management via HubSpot CRM
- CRO (conversion rate optimization) and behavioral science
- data analysis and dashboard management for KPIs
- targeted email outreach for growth hacking and media influence
- public relations

You will also learn about the finance industry while working with our knowledgeable salespeople and other staff in the International Department.

Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in one of the following: Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Russian, Japanese, or Polish
- Proficient in Excel
- Self-motivated and highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-driven team environment
- Flexible to work morning, afternoon and night shifts on a rotational basis
- Previous experience in finance, sales, digital marketing, social media, and HubSpot a plus
