Responsibilities:  

• Devise and execute strategic plan for the overall sales and marketing in Greater China through MLM, including e-commerce, direct selling, O2O and brand building
• Increase sales to meet the target through new business and products development, new distributing channels and brand building in the Greater China
• Strong in brand building through contemporary multi-media
• Do marketing research or keep alert the market trends and information affecting our business, advise top management the future development
• Build and lead team members in achieving the sales goals
• Develop and maintain relationship with trade associations, Government agencies, sales channels and manage key accounts.
• Work closely with internal R&D for developing new products meet the customer needs
• Monitoring the internal production and delivery meeting the sales orders
• Regular reports on the progress of sales and market development are a must

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in BA , Marketing discipline or equivalent
• More than 5 years managerial experience in the Greater China sales and marketing
• Strong sales/marketing experience in an OBM electronic industry company for China market
• Proven ability to source new business and meet / exceed sales targets
• Experience in e-marketing and O2O is a must
• Knowledge related to basic product design is an advantage
• Strong management and negotiation skills in the Greater China
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
• Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all level
• Fluent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills in English, Chinese and spoken Putonghua are necessary
• Mainly stay working in Mainland China (Shenzhen as the base)
