Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and marketing of luxury properties in Hong Kong
• To conduct market research and analysis on property market and prepare sales and budget report
• To prepare marketing collateral, sales documents and sales  brochure and etc
• To ensure sales and marketing documentation and records in compliance with the legal procedures and regulations
• To work closely with various business parties so as to ensure property launch smoothly

Requirements :

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant sales and marketing experience in luxury residential property sector
• Solid experience in property maintenance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Aggressive and be able to work independently
