• Excellent customer service, professional selling skills and good communication skills
• Responsible for marketing and advertising on the internet and manage social media platforms
• Develop and expand customers base; handle all customer communications
• Monitor the production progress to ensure fulfillment of sales orders
• Coordinate and perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in China business
• Solid experience on sales and marketing through internet and social media platform
• Good spoken and written English; spoken Mandarin
• Regular China factory visits required
• Passionate, highly motivated individuals with a great customer service attitude
• Good team player and open to constructive feedback
