  • Be responsible and follow up team’s daily hotline, record the hotline remedy, and make the periodical report.
  • To support Lilly interal customers the business operational process in the field of Promotional Meetings, Brand Reminder, and Warehousing and Stocking.
  • Understand customer’s needs and make out trainings to Lilly internal customers the system operational process in the field of Promotional Meetings, Brand Reminder, and Warehousing and Stocking.
  • Be responsible to take the team communication task through channels like website/wechat/share drive.
  • Deal with other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

基本资格要求

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 years experience in customer service/administrative service is preferred.
  • Below capabilities/experiences/knowledge highly concerned:
    • Quick learning ability and strong communication and demonstration ablity
    • Strong responsibility and accountability for realted works
    • Be patient, and detail-oriented
    • Team player and collabration
    • Analytical skills
  • Excellent graduates are welcome.
