Job Description
- Be responsible and follow up team’s daily hotline, record the hotline remedy, and make the periodical report.
- To support Lilly interal customers the business operational process in the field of Promotional Meetings, Brand Reminder, and Warehousing and Stocking.
- Understand customer’s needs and make out trainings to Lilly internal customers the system operational process in the field of Promotional Meetings, Brand Reminder, and Warehousing and Stocking.
- Be responsible to take the team communication task through channels like website/wechat/share drive.
- Deal with other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
基本资格要求
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years experience in customer service/administrative service is preferred.
