SALES & MARKETING OPERATIONS / OMNICHANNEL CRM ASSOCIATE

What you will do

In this vital role you will support key commercial systems and data, as well as providing sales & marketing analysis and insights to our UK & Ireland affiliate brand teams.

You will be responsible for administering key sales & marketing technology platforms including Veeva CRM. You’ll organise and deliver training and support for these system to internal customers, providing first line technical support for field-based users, managing and processing customer data, developing reporting solutions and engaging our commercial affiliate in the use of the platforms.

You’ll also have responsibility for developing reports on behalf of brand teams to support the planning, execution and evaluation of our promotional activities using your extensive knowledge of our customer data and analytical skills.

Systems & Data

  • Partner with Amgen global CRM team and IS to maintain Veeva CRM platform and deploy updates & enhancements. First point of contact for day-to-day tech support for sales force.
  • Coordinate, implement and communicate enhancements and bug fixes to key commercial platforms e.g. 3rd party insights & customer data solutions
  • Update, create and maintain customer data; ensure reporting and analysis needs of Commercial teams are met
  • Ensure CRM platform and associated data is compliant with industry code of practice and all legal and privacy requirements

Sales & Marketing Planning & Analysis

  • Support Commercial cycle planning process including segmentation, targeting and territory “Plan of Action”
  • Provide timely and insightful analysis to internal customers on customer engagement, sales activity and execution of marketing strategy across channels and brands
  • Develop ad-hoc data analyses for brand teams to inform sales & marketing strategies and assess ROI of Amgen promotional tactics, channels & activities
  • Support sales force effectiveness benchmarking, analysis and optimization

What we expect of you

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. What we seek in you as an experienced  professional, are these qualifications and skills:

  • Degree educated in related, numerate or technology related subject
  • Proven experience in Customer Relations management  or Sales Operations, preferably gained in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of working with CRM platforms, preferably Veeva or Salesforce
  • Good to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data reporting solutions Tableau, PowerBI, QlickView, etc..
  • Analysis and reporting skills  
  • Track record of working to tight deadlines
  • Experience of dealing with remote users (field based staff)
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Preferably exposure to Pharma industry data sources
