a. Responsible for managing requirements, quality control, shipments and after sales service:

01) Make PI and trading documents to customers.

02) Communicate with factory with productions schedule and cooperate with QC for quality control.

03) Prepare and follow productions.

04) Analyze customer email efficiency and understand customer requirement.

05) Manage certifications.

06) Develop user manual for each product as customer required.

07) Product packaging and labeling.

08) Manage the shipments and documentation.

09) Assistance to Spain

10) Cooperate with factory to develop new product and feedback information from customer.

11) Analyze Chinese manufacturing market.

12) Study suppliers, products improvements.

13) Visit factories and organize the fairs 2 times a year.

14) Update order list

b. Responsible for the Spanish area customer:

Daily email communication, receiving orders, place enquiry order to factory, feedback to customer.

Send quotations to the responsible customer.

c. New customers and marketing:

1) Study the market

2) Create facebook, b2b platform and other media accounts to promote the product, also in the fair.

3) Promo our company in public media.

4) Make presentation of product.

5) Regular product promotion.
