mainly focused on younger women's fashion apparel.
They are now
looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position.
Job Description
-Lead the team in driving OTB, GP management, competitive market analysis, continuous improvement in the buying and merchandising life cycle including
sales and inventory
-Develop department
and retail store strategy/ buying plan and prioritizes in line with set merchandising
direction and company objective in order to achieve related KPI e.g. sales
budget, sell through or discount etc.
-Identify and
develop proper sales proposal under best competitive pricing strategy to
enhance overall profitability
-Initiate to work
with Retail, PR & Marketing and Visual Merchandising team to promote as per
buying plan and strategies
-Involve in shop
opening and business expansion projects
-Perform any ad-hoc
projects as assigned.
Person specification
-Degree holder in business, merchandising or similar field
-8 years related
experience, and at least 3 years of managerial experience
-Experience in
fashion apparel industry, preferably in fast fashion
-Good supervisory
skills, strong communication, well-organized and problem solving skills
-Native in
Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
-Proficient in MS
office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VLOOKUP and Pivot table).
