Job Description

Job description:

  • Develop Sales of lubricants to both Automotive and Industrial OEMs (Factory-fill and Genuine Oil);
  • Develop Sales of lubricants/process oils to Industrial Key-Accounts;
  • Prepare OEM’s and Key-Accounts acquisition Plan, set objective3s;
  • Understand customers’ needs and customers’ production/market plan;
  • Align with ENI departments to support and service customer from technical, logistic and marketing point view;
  • Select and analyses OEM’s & Industrial Key- Accounts business marketing information, pinpoint potential customers for approaching
  • Co-develop OEM & Industrial opportunities with Sales team;
  • Pipeline build up to each phase of sales process


Requirements

  • bachelor degree or above
  • More than 5 years of working experience in Automotive and/or Industrial OEMs
  • Experience in key account management for industrial lubricants
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, especially added-value proposition skills
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and lubricants preferred
  • Able to travel frequently
  • English language
