Job Description
Job description:
- Develop Sales of lubricants to both Automotive and Industrial OEMs (Factory-fill and Genuine Oil);
- Develop Sales of lubricants/process oils to Industrial Key-Accounts;
- Prepare OEM’s and Key-Accounts acquisition Plan, set objective3s;
- Understand customers’ needs and customers’ production/market plan;
- Align with ENI departments to support and service customer from technical, logistic and marketing point view;
- Select and analyses OEM’s & Industrial Key- Accounts business marketing information, pinpoint potential customers for approaching
- Co-develop OEM & Industrial opportunities with Sales team;
- Pipeline build up to each phase of sales process
Requirements
- bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years of working experience in Automotive and/or Industrial OEMs
- Experience in key account management for industrial lubricants
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, especially added-value proposition skills
- Knowledge of automotive technology and lubricants preferred
- Able to travel frequently
- English language
