Job Description

North America Sales Operations Analyst for PSG Revenue Operations under BMG. Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for sales.

Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives.

Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and influences the company's supply strategies.

Conversant with macro environment and its impact on sales forecast

Forecasts revenue and unit dollar commitments to the corporation.

Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.

Develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions, including compliance measurement.

Determines CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations system requirements to support the business processes, working with IT.

Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation skills that comfortable speaking to management or other leaders in US sales organization on message articulation.

Strong skill on data analytics and tool capability - Power BI. VBA

Experience with Monthly, Quarterly, and full Year reporting/planning

Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Administration or related areas.

5+ years’ experience in sales operation, supply chain planning, financial planning or program management.

Preferred qualifications

3+ years in the technology industry is a plus

Data analytics tool capability - SQL or Python

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
