Job Title: Sales Operation Assistant (3rd Party)

Job Summary:

Support the sales function in developing and executing the sales planning process to provide timely updated reports & sales admin tasks for company to achieve business target.

Key Responsibilities:

？ BI system support and on-going maintenance
？ Deliver routine reporting accurately within the defined timeline
？ Data Audit & QR Code Project support
？ Sales target collection & maintenance
？ Team admin support

Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

? Full-time university bachelor degree
? Self-motivated, sense of responsibility, attention to details and good interpersonal skills
? Conscientious, sensitive to figures and formulas
? Good written skills in English, CET-4 and above
? Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in the area of sales operation, sales admin or data analysis
? Have a good knowledge in MS Excel / MS Office
? Online BI / Reporting system experience is a plus
