1.  Weekly call with customer and sales team managing forecast, supply; Analyze customer’s demand and request for supply allocation to close Customer’s demand & Sales Forecasts gaps.  

2. Work with sales team to bring in the right Qty and mix of orders to support the Sales Forecast

3. Validate and process orders in SAP, daily review backlog and ensure smooth delivery & timely supply arrival into the HUBs or arrival into customer directly;

4. Liaise with supply team to secure supply and manage customer pull-in, push-out requirements;

5. Ensure Monthly & Quarterly Volume Targets are met.

6. Deal with day to day customer enquiry and escalation and work with internal teams to address the customer concerns;

9. New customer set up,  

10.  Cope with internal audit process for quarter end revenue recognition testing;

New Colleague Graduate with relevant background of International trade, Economy, or engineering/Science,  experience with organizing community or colleague events will be a plus
