Job Description

Key Tasks:
1.Shall negotiate and drive the regional sales team to achive the sales targets.
2.Should communicate up to contry level and identify the key gaps and review Regional sales team to make the improvement plan.

Daily Job:
1.Shall follow the HQ guidelines on the Forecasting & demand Plan process and implement theend to end process at Region and country level.
2.Closely monitor the Budget and the Regional execution plan to help region to identify the key gaps and prepare the improvement plan.
3.Manage interdepartment coordination at HQ for building a support system for the Region.
4.Shall review the product level businesss plan and negotiate with regions on the Gross Profit margin . Shall be able to maintain the HQ Gross profit margin.
5.Shall act as the single Point of contact for region to get their Business plan and Pricing approved;
6.Shall Monitor the channel Management in terms of implementing the HQ guidelines at region and country level. Shall discuss channel up to store level and review progress and weekly basis.
7.Shall guide region-country to build a roubst channel structure as per the Region/Country channel landscape.Shall maintain Sales ratios in lin eto manage the Channel inventory.
8.Shall conduct training sta regional and Country level on the HQ processes, also shall maintain the adherance to HQ policy implementation at region/Country Level.

General Requirements
Candidadate having 10years of experience in the handset industry preferably with the top 5 international brands. Some one who have managed operation equivalent to country or countries in past & able to dmonstarte end to end undersing on the Sales process.
The candidates shall be able to demnstrate strong negotiation and relationship skills in addtion to Positive Attitude.

Key Capabilities :
1.Sales Oriented : Candidadtes must have proven track recored in the handst sales industry;
2.Sales Operations Experience : should have managed territories larger than country, preferably region;
3.Process Oriented : Should have sound knowledge of End to End Sales & Distribution structure and Sales processes;
4.Business Analytics : Shall be able to showcase skill on managing the large data base and how to find out the problems, shall be good with numbers;
5.Communication Skills : Should possess strong communiation and Presentation skill and shall be able to build impression on the Country/region Team;
6.Negotiation Skill: Should be able to negotiate with Countries and regional Sales team to implement process and drive sales;
7.industry Knowledge : Should have indepth knowledge of Handset industry in terms of market Size etc.

9.Computer Skills : Shall be able to work on large data base and prepare presentations
