Responsibilities

• To participate in planning and implementation of the strategic plans for the expansion of retail shops
• To develop corporate sales business and maximize business opportunities independently
• To achieve company sales target
• To develop the operations systems of retail shops
• To oversee and monitor daily operation of the chain retail shops
• To work close with management team in planning and implementing the promotions, sales plans and staff training program
• To provide solution to front line staff when problem comes out
• To review operation procedures for improving services standard as well as productivity
• To maintain and uplift customer service standard through working closely with the training department

Requirements

• High Diploma or Degree Holder
• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in the chain of retail shops
• Strong experience in coaching and managing front line staff
• Proactive and aggressive work attitude
• Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business sense
• Must be positive mind set & result oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, conversational Mandarin preferable.
