Sales Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, store- related planning and arrangement
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Management of all store operational issues
• Lead, coach and motivate the teams with company goals and policies
• Identify new business opportunities globally to achieve sales targets
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
• Sales staff hiring and training

 Requirements

• 10+ years business / operation management experience in a sizable retail organization
• Strong knowledge in woman’s sportswear
• Detail minded, good coordination and organizational skills
• Strong business sense and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
