Responsibilities:

• Work closely with retail sales teams for daily order processing and coordination
• Provide administrative support to sales team for ad hoc / routine tasks
• Assist in communicate with customer inquiries and provide customer service
• Check and validate sales invoices and related documents
• Prepare general sales reports and ensure data integrity

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration (Marketing or related discipline)
• Minimum 1 year' working experience in sales supporting role (FMCG retail field is preferred)
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good at PC skills including Microsoft Applications, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
• Immediate available is preferred
