Responsibilities

• Month to Date report preparation and follow up any variance between current month actual vs Outlook.

As a contact window to connect between Global Demand, Supply Chain and Region OF, CSR and Sales team

• Pipeline Management and Sales Account clearance in SFDC

• SPVC flat file and margin file preparation and analysis

• Current month demand collection for Financial OL preparation

• Pricing Data Master file preparation for price approval purpose

• Rebate / Commission/ Price discount and other credit note review against contract before payment

• Sales Operation Policy Update and execution as required

• Data Collection and Follow up plus necessary analysis as required

• Other business tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business, statistics is preferred

• Over 3 years working experience in multinational company and mainly engage in business data analysis work scope, sales operation experience is highly preferred

• Strong data analysis skill and have a good command of Excel. SAP/PowerPoint competency required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different departments and deliver the result.

• Self-motivated, proactive and be able to work under pressure.

• Well organized and good documentation skills

• Good English skills including speaking and writing

• Business role experience is preferred
