Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Dashboards: Develop, enhance, and maintain KPI focused sales and managed markets business intelligence dashboards.
  • Dashboard User Support: Communicate to key user groups of dashboards refreshes and changes. Review dashboards with users to assist the team with their everyday dashboard needs. Liaise with IT teams to communicate and troubleshoot dashboard issues and concerns. Respond to dashboard inquiries from the field.
  • Queries and Ad-Hoc Reporting: Partner with other commercial team members to understand business needs, propose solutions, and query the data warehouse resulting in the delivery of insights ad-hoc reports.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with Information Technology team members to ensure business processes are in place that ensure intelligence data mart is loaded on-time and accurately each day.
  • Data Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with numerous internal teams, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Traffic, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to deliver accurate and scalable reporting to the business.
  • Data Integrity: On annual basis support and drive data and account clean-up for Global Export generalists and Securimate
  • Support implementation of Celonis process mining software to gain greater customer insights such as order status and root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions that enhance the customer experience
  • Train internal customers and peers on the use of tools and processes created.
  • Independently initiate, implement and manage identified projects.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency/productivity gains within scope of total supply chain cost.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on all areas of the business as requested by Management and Senior Leadership.
  • Analyzes and creates moderately complex Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and sales reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards/scorecard reporting and supporting metrics for Order Fulfillment, Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain operations.
  • Rework or redesign reporting tools to continuously improve efficiency and standard work.
  • Prepare and communicate executive summaries and business cases highlighting root cause/corrective actions and/or cost benefit of projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Develop new metrics to report and drive best practice methodology for evaluating cost, service and quality. Generate budget analysis and monthly reporting of operational and financial metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline required (degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred).
  • Relevant work experience in, Sales Operations Logistics, Supply Chain, or APICs certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and converting data into actionable information
  • Capable of independently taking ownership of initiatives and driving to implementation/execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to apply in communications with management, business partners, co-workers, etc.
  • Advanced analytical and computer skills with experience utilizing analytical tools (MS Excel, Access and SQL Server preferred) and databases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical experience in BI tools in a data rich environment (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau)
  • Must have the ability to create dashboards by mining and extracting key datasets from our business intelligence data mart.
  • Create custom metrics as determined by the business.
  • Experience in SQL and ability to query data from SQL database and data cubes preferred.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry is preferred.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Supply Chain experience preferred.
