As a Sales Operations & data analytics specialist you will support country sales management and teams to increase their performance and productivity in cooperation with sales managers, finance and marketing. Your key deliverables : Drive maturity usage of CRM Act as local data custodian and administrator for data integrity Support in the training and coach of sales people on CRM, dashboards and other available sales processes and tools Provide management with data analytics as input for growth and productivity & savings initiatives Develop usage and standardization of processes, tools and KPIs related to leads, pipeline, forecasting and Sales, inventory & Operations Planning as well as pricing, quoting and order management Adapt and develop relevant business intelligence reporting in user friendly content and format Support management on sales activities cadence, time management and optimization Drive customer data quality for account segmentation and key account planning Design and implement commercial policies Qualifications Required: Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver granular level insights & analysis High understanding of CRM, OBIEE, ERP (SAP) Proficiency in excel and Powerpoint Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently on projects and able to set metrics with focus on results and timelines Team work across functions and departments to extract and consolidate relevant data Interact with sales operations across the zone and EMEA to leverage existing best practices and develop new ones Problem solving skills Strong communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills and excellent writing ability, in Spanish and English, preferable in Portuguese too Willingness to travel when required to support sales teams across Spain and Portugal What Eaton offers: Contract in fast growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Great promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
