Responsibilities
- Assist to manage Frontline Shop Operations
- Work closely with Sales manager, internal and external parties or teammates
- Handling Customer Service including email, phone call or whatsapp
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Maintain online sales operations & social media
- Follow up the Frontline Shops’ commercial performances through conducting various sales analysis and productivity reports
- Mobile App development
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Assist the team on other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
- 3 years’ or above experience in retail is a must
- Solid Customer Service experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates a strong interest to the mobile and Tech industry staying educated on the innovations and trends
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently (self-discipline is the key)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
