Provide outstanding service to Singapore Airlines’ travel agency and corporate accounts across China
为新航在中国各地的旅行社和企业客户提供优质服务
Serve as the first contact point via phone and email for queries, requests and operational issues from agencies, or directly from corporate travel desks
通过电话与邮件为旅行社或直接为企业客户提供咨询
Manage small agency/ corporate accounts
管理小型代理及部分企业客户
Provide end-to-end support to small agency and corporate accounts
为小型代理及部分企业客户提供一站式的支持
Handle key servicing systems and trade-related initiatives
关注解决同业事宜及需求
Candidate Requirements
候选人要求
Has good communication skills over the phone and email
有良好的沟通技巧
Prior experience in Airline Reservations & Ticketing will be useful
具有航空公司票务预订经验优先
Familiar with how to quickly search for the right information under time pressure
熟悉并快速搜索正确的信息
Is organized and able to track and resolve multiple client processes
