This position is in Pinehurst, NC at our Global Innovation Center. Golf Pride Grips, #1 golf grip brand worldwide, located in Pinehurst, NC is currently seeking a Sales Operations Leader - Retail. This role is based in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates living outside of a 50-mile radius from Pinehurst, NC. Position Overview: The Sales Operations Leader – Retail is the commercial sales operations leader for the Retail Channel globally. The role is responsible for the Retail Channel global sales forecast, profit plan and profitability mix as well as connectivity of consumer insights (marketing), customer insights (sales), and business objectives through the SIOP process. In this function you will: Produce the Retail Channel global sales forecast, profit plan, and profitability mix Support the connectivity of consumer insights (marketing), customer insights (sales), and business objectives through the SIOP process. Provide the organization with timely reporting and commentary around global Retail sell-thru and channel inventory trends. Generate clear and concise variance analysis from prior forecast, prior year, and profit plan for the Retail channel to support commentary submitted through the SIOP process. Produce customer order intake and backlog reporting to drive proactive communication with customers and inform forecast decisions for the SIOP team. Analyze, prepare, and interpret profitability reports by customer, product line and model. Communicate results and trends to the Global Commercial Planning Manager. Partner with Retail Sales Managers to lead customer communications and customer scorecard management. Manage On-Time-To-Request and On-Time-To-Promise reporting to deliver world-class customer experience. Support SKU assortment decisions, point of purchase execution, and new product launch effectiveness with sales and marketing teams. Own reporting and analysis around Retail Partner Strategic Agreements. Rebate tracking and processing. Promotional event timing, impact, and return. Growth initiative support. Support Customer Pricing Development and Maintenance in the Channel. Connect with Finance and the Cost Account Team to stay informed of product cost. Analyze competitor pricing in the marketplace to develop an independent view of value (independent of cost). Work with the Sales and Marketing team to propose price changes that supports margin improvement. Manage administration of price list for the channel and tracking of rebate programs for customer. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution. Minimum of two (2) years of consumer support/sales experience.
