Today we are seeking at Lenovo Slovakia for our Data Center division a Sales
Operations Manager to support our WW Storage organization. We are seeking
enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our truly global team. The
ideal Sales Operations Specialist will be assertive, goal-oriented, articulate
and possess exceptionally good communication skills. Strong interpersonal
skill and ability to work with a diverse team with a continuous improvement
attitude and the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Global Storage Sales
Operations as well as supporting other key WW Operations initiatives.
Reporting to the WW Sales Operations & Strategy leader, responsibilities
include facilitating day to day business operations to support the Storage
functions to drive the achievement of financial objectives and profitable
revenue growth. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Sales Forecast Management:
Facilitation of the weekly / monthly sales forecasting and planning process
with Sales teams
Sales performance measurement and tracking against defined KPIs to ensure
business targets are met.
Consolidation and analysis of Sales Opportunity Pipeline data and Sales commit
/ outlook vs Targets.
Focal point for regional Sales teams for guidance and collaboration in all
aspects of the daily business.
Operational Task:
Backlog / Critical order management with close interlock to GSC Teams for
managing escalations and critical orders.
Subject matter expert on regional and core business processes to ensure KPI's
and SLA's are met or exceeded.
Close Interlock with support functions (GSC/GL/Finance) to drive continuous
improvement and increase Customer Satisfaction.
Co-ordination of and implementation of sales target
Project Management:
Owning and driving regional projects to increase Sales productivity and
effectiveness.
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
5-7 years post qualifying experience from a large International Company or a
company with matrix organization. Used to working to tight deadlines and in a
dynamic and flexible environment. Experience in business indicator and data
analysis, problem solving and trouble shooting. Sound skills and proven track
record of independent project management.
Excellent English language skills and overall strong writing, communications
and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and from strong and
effective networks with internal partners. Excellent time management. In
Depth knowledge of working with Microsoft Office. Experience in using SFDC &
Microsoft Dynamics applications would be an advantage.
