The Sales Ops Manager is the key communications interface with the sales leaders on demand/supply, sales cadence, achievements vs targets, management systems & metrics/dashboards; and should act as an agent of change to deliver improvements to the business. In this role you will : • Drive and monitor an efficient business management system for his/her segment and supporting the Market sales cadence. Drive weekly cadence and provide clear concise reporting via the EMEA BI team. • Track the order intake at total and product level. Maximize the order load and shipments within the quarter through constructive interlock with the Supply Chain & Global Logistics organizations. • Key partner to the business to navigate within in times of supply limitation and interface with Supply Chain to manage best choices depending on available quantities. • Focus on key projects such as Sea Freight Maximization and inventory management process for liability product, FGI and commodity inventory. Handle order prioritization if needed and support business to solution best SLA performance given supply situation and manufacturing capacities. • Establish metrics and tracking to identify key operational performance gaps. Highlight these gaps and drive actions to sales or other appropriate areas. •  Volumes Forecast analysis to identify gaps or opportunities and make recommendations to the segment management team and other support function. • Ensure weekly forecast submission to EMEA Operation Team. In charge of preparing the market weekly cadence presentations to EMEA HQ. • Ensure all teams have a common view of business status versus the targets distributed / business plans implemented at the beginning of the quarter. • Actively support quarterly planning interlocks (facilitate robust interlock with Market Sales, Finance and Product teams) and tracking of their execution • Support GM/CFO/Product Leader with the preparation of the quarterly business reviews and the associated presentation. • Focal point for Target deployment to Sales teams together with segment sales management as well as measurement performance after quarter end with Incentive & commission team. • Determine best practices within EMEA and other markets, and use these to drive improvements within their own market. #### Position Requirements: • Knowledge of Sales or business Operations preferred. • Degree educated. • English & French mandatory. Any other languages is a plus. • Significant personal drive, good communication skills to engage senior management. • Strong system skills mandatory, along with analytical strength & sense of details. • Ability to break down complex tasks into manageable tasks and drive for results.
