Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

l To identify and develop China Sales operation procedures and policies, even organization evolution

l Develop sales management tools & business intelligence (BI) analysis

l Act as key stakeholder to communicate with BU/branch office teams, facilitate line managers to handle sales operation and outputs

l To develop sales team core competency model, improve the organization’s efficiency through core competency enhancement

l Identify and design effective motivation system including sales incentive scheme, sales team KPI & dashboard

l Lead and facilitate the pipeline management workshop (PPW) and communicate with cross function to execute SPWOW process

l Lead the Sales Forecasting process with cross-function collaboration from Finance and Marketing, improve the forecast accuracy & manage potential risk

l Sales Force Effectiveness analysis for productivity and conversion improvement by implementing SOP for CRM system and Sales skill upgrading

l Potential Project Management, co-design and implement Global project to local execution

l Work with digital team to re-engineer sales organization to catch up with dynamic market change

l Other Ad Hoc projects, eg. Front line on job rotation

Key Relationships within the organization:

l Branch (Office) Managers, BU Managers and Marketing manager, Sales Operation Manager needs to understand business needs from line managers and work closely with line managers to improve internal efficiency

l Global Corporate colleagues, ie: Great China Region OPS manager, Global Project manager, Customer Experience Manager, Service Desk Team, Sales Operation Manager acts as team player to help China team in co-designing, execution and trouble-shooting, with the support from corporate team

l China Marketing, HR and Finance, work as a cross-functional team in Sales Force Effectiveness analysis & policy making

Expected Qualifications:

l University graduate, oversea education background preferred

l 5 years+ experience in sales and marketing environment with MNC companies with no less than 2 years in corporate management roles

l Very good command of English

l Self-motivated

l Familiar to Microsoft office software, particularly MS-Excel

l Good interpersonal skills

l Age required: 30-36
