What you will do:

1. Lead and manage Sales CRM Enhancement projects under
close partnership with IT team to ensure on time, on budget delivery
2. Drive change management efforts for the roll-out of
CRM enhanced modules and features
3. Act as champion of CRM system and support in
sales tool and technology analysis, evaluation, adoption, deployment, and
improvement
4. Perform business analytics on CRM database and
generate meaningful findings and analysis to sales leadership team for decision
making
5. Lead sales initiatives & programs at APAC
level and liaise with regional sales leaders to improve their sales performance
6. Facilitate communication and best practice
sharing on sales tools and processes

Qualifications
What we look for:

1.
Minimum 5 years working experience in project
management or system deployment

2. Strong
project management skills and focus on delivery – able to deliver large-scale
projects across multiple geographies under constraints of resources, time and
budget

3. Experienced
in salesforce.com CRM and system deployment

4. Experience
in sales or sales management preferred

5. Strong
influencing capability to integrate and work with cross functional teams from
different background, cultures and geographies

6. Strong
business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

7. Fluent
in Mandarin and English

8. Bachelor
Degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Engineering,
Business or equivalent
