- Active member of the Asia-Pacific Sales Operations Team (APSOLT)
- Act as Sales Operations key liaison between West regional HQ and China for all global/regional projects implementation:
- Update and improve the customer classification by collecting sales and marketing input.
- Drive the Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard.
- Drive sales disciplines, pipeline and forecast, and linearity improvement.
- Coordinate and implement local sales trainings as per regional and global guidance as well as local competencies gaps.
- Implement and maintain sales productivity programs, automation, tools and reporting
- Implement technology solutions to improve sales performance
- Primarily responsible for driving the adoption of CRM across China Sales organization and CRM data check and maintenance
- Develop, refine and direct implementation of sales initiatives, procedures and policies through initial research, strategic analysis, planning and Sales management input.
- Review commercial contracts and streamline the contracting process to help close more sales.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales Operations on price increases strategy and implementation.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-6 years of Commercial Operations / Sales Operations / Business Analysis
- Strong analytical skills and fit with Excel. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent organization skills and structured work approach
- High flexibility, independent and precise working style, highly efficient
- Proficient in English
- CRM and SAP experience preferred
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
