Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Surgery Sales Operations Manager This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Surgery Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: You will own the full sales demo process ensuring that each mobile c-arm demo is successful. This includes the responsibility of logistics coordination with TechTrans, Service and Customers. This management responsibility will also include data reporting on quarterly win rate trends. You will coordinate/schedule demo systems used at trade shows You will provide technical sales support for Shareville and CPQ You will provide configuration support and subject matter expertise for field sales to ensure systems meet customer needs/expectations You will support the price book introduction of new products/features including ePIF submission You will support projects related to platform/software version conversions This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You will have advanced experience in the use of sh@re/Shareville, CPQ and SAP. You have excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Since you are interacting with international colleagues, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Required skills to have for the success of this role 5 - 8 years related experience. Bachelor’s degree in applied science/radiology, marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause. The base pay range for this position is $96,002 - $115,975. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. The pay wage range shown is based on the job’s primary work location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
