This position is based in Bogota, Colombia and will report to the LATAM Sales
Ops Director.

Role and Team Description
The Strategy and Sales Operations Representative will support Colombia. The
Motorola Strategy and Sales Operations team is very dynamic and the candidate
will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, acting
as a strategic partner for the Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills combined with strong
business vision and genuine interest to provide meaningful analysis that
support the business in making decisions. We are looking for proactive
professionals who are driven by challenges and motivated in work in a very
dynamic team environment.

Scope of Responsibilities
\- Support of the Colombia Go To Market (Sales) teams.
\- Generation of reports and communication of key points to Sales and to other
to cross-functional teams. (For example, some reports could be: ad-hoc
competitive analysis, price elasticity, TAM forecasts, etc.).
\- Colombia governance and focal point for coordination of cross-functional
activities.
\- Work closely with Salesforce.com. Will also need to articulate business
issues and opportunities and ensure the system reflects most current status at
all times.
\- Support in the generation of historical reports, official and suggested
figures.
\- Responsible for processing the data of Pivot tables and generating client
databases.
\- Responsible for processing the numbers of Operators.
\- Filtering requirements to the area and assigning additional tasks.
\- Monitoring the execution of the tasks of the area.

#### Position Requirements:


\- Bachelor's Degree (i.e. business administration, marketing, engineering,
finance).
\- At least 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations,
business intelligence or other relevant areas with increasing
responsibilities.
\- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral skills).
\- Excellent communication skills. Team player, proven ability to work
successfully with cross-functional teams and ability to influence people.
\- Expertise preparing and giving compelling presentations to diverse
audiences (business areas, technical areas, senior leadership, etc.).
\- Strong business vision and ability to support sales teams.
\- Proactive and driven. Able to work independently and bring relevant
information to the sales teams, explaining how it impacts the business and
possible strategies to consider.
\- Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
\- Excellent analytical skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of data,
transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate
critical information to different teams.
\- Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Qualifications
\- Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMs is beneficial, but not
required.
