Job Description
* General Summary of the Position This role supports the Opportunity to Order function within the Siemens DI SW Organization. This role will apply the Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however will perform his/her tasks independently in the areas of order processing and support. * Key Roles and Responsibilities ▪ Overall business support throughout the entire sales order lifecycle from customer setups, opportunity and order to revenue ▪ With good understanding of sales policies/processes and effective utilization of related systems – CRM (Salesforce.com), O2O (Opportunity to Order), ERP (SAP), Export Control, etc. ▪ Main focus on guiding and supporting internal sales teams and external partner counterparts with the complete sales order processing procedures and requirements and monitoring the entire O2O process from submission, ensuring clean order package, preapprovals and workflows to final delivery, billing and order/revenue recognition ▪ In close interaction with related functions – CAA (Customer Account Analyst), Finance, Global Operations teams, etc. ▪ Handles and coordinates complex queries on transaction details and participates in local deployment of new policies/process/tools with effective change and issue management and continuous efficiency and productivity enhancements ▪ Requires regular data reporting/analysis and occasional knowledge transfer to internal/external * Qualifications, Skills and Competencies ▪ Minimum 3~4 years work experience in sales operations and support role ▪ Strong interpersonal communication skills with good command of written and verbal English ▪ Highly collaborative and supportive across multiple functions with organized skills and attention to details ▪ Proficient in using office automation tools and working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be beneficial Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry Software Ltd.
