If you like to work as a Sales Operations Team Leader in our Port Melbourne, VIC office, we will offer you the support to make it happen! This is your role. What part will you play? In this role, you will supervise completion of assigned operational processes concerning the effective administration of proposals and sales orders (technical, sales administration or e-commerce) with a dedicated group of Sales Administration professionals. You will: Oversee and lead dedicated administrative support operations and processes with an assigned team (technical, sales administration, inside sales or e-commerce). Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation in assigned operational unit(s). Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures. Prioritise and assign tasks to team members and monitors progress to ensure timely completion. Propose improvements in procedures and implements technical infrastructure. Respond to complex, operations related enquiries and act as first level of escalation for respectively occurring business cases and issues. Report accurately and timely to accountable management. Lead and/or coordinate a dedicated team of sales administration / technical sales support / inside sales or e-commerce Professionals. Use your skills to move the world forward. You have prior experience in leading a team of 5 or more professionals, preferably sales administrators. You have hands on experience using SAP Order Management tool including order entry, delivery and invoices management. You are a self-motivated professional with the ability to work in matrix organisation with minimal supervision and a natural leader to motivate the team members.
